Pet Policy
The Co-op has a pet policy that allows for a combination of up to 2 small dogs or indoor cats. There are restrictions regarding certain breeds deemed too aggressive. Proof of spaying/neutering is required if accepted. Members will be responsible for any damages made by pets. ALL ALL PETS must be on a leash at ALL times when outside of the fenced backyard.
